Personal Growth Coaching

  The Reboot Getaways Personal Growth weekend is all about you and investing your time in your personal wellbeing.


During the 8 hours of coaching, divided into 1 to 2 hour sessions, we will focus on the 4 main basic pillars of your personal growth:


· Self Acknowledgement

· Resilient Mindset

· Compass Values

· Life Goals


Together, these 4 pillars will help you to understand yourself and teach you how to maintain your personal growth.

  “How often do I acknowledge or reward myself for something great that I have done or achieved?” 

More often than not, we acknowledge other people before we acknowledge ourselves. We tend think that acknowledging ourselves is selfish or being self-absorbed, which is not actually the case. If we don’t acknowledge ourselves for who we are a

If we don’t acknowledge ourselves for who we are and everything that we have been through, both tough and amazing experiences, how can we really know ourselves? How can we intentionally get to know, understand, love, value and respect others if we don’t know, understand, love, value and respect ourselves!

As cliché as it sounds, our mindset can make or break us! It’s completely normal to have natural mental highs and lows, but the important thing is not to stay in a low mode and beat yourself up because of destructive thoughts. Ironically, one of the biggest culprits that lead to our me

As cliché as it sounds, our mindset can make or break us! It’s completely normal to have natural mental highs and lows, but the important thing is not to stay in a low mode and beat yourself up because of destructive thoughts. Ironically, one of the biggest culprits that lead to our mentals lows, is perceiving and acknowledging ourselves in negative ways, which leads to sabotaging our personal growth and outlook on life. Learning to understand what triggers your mental lows, will teach you how to recognize the initial feeling of the low and how to pick yourself back up again as quick as possible!

Believe it or not, like a compass, your values play a large role in your self-awareness, choices you make every day, and the direction in which your life is going. You may be living out values that you were taught, or thought you should aspire to live b

Believe it or not, like a compass, your values play a large role in your self-awareness, choices you make every day, and the direction in which your life is going. You may be living out values that you were taught, or thought you should aspire to live by, however, if these are not your true values, they could be steering you in a direction that you don’t really want to move forward with, or holding you back from living an authentic life!

  “When was the last time I set myself a goal and successfully achieved it?” 

Setting and achieving a goal isn’t just about the end result or using the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, & Time-bound) method. Setting a goal is really about you, what you really want, why you really want it, and what you will or will not do

However, the most important outcome of any goal that you set, is it to learn more about yourself, capabilities and continuing your personal growth!
